[inquiries] Updates from board meeting decisions Oct 18, 2019
A walk-through Oct 28, 2019 on status of ongoing inquiries, had quite
some implications:
* A flattened structure, to get rid of intermediate levels
* Re-titling of voluntary efforts inquiry to "Ideellt deltagande och
volontära timmar"
* Finalisation (cancellation) of "Ekonomiska relationer & autonomi"
* General updates of meetings and descriptions
