Regarding reports and plans, templates are provided for (b) annual report, (c) economical report, (d) auditors report and (e) operational plan. Makefiles are modified accordingly. A dummy.tex document used for some reports is added to the resources folder.

	The minutes now include the new by-laws, the annual-report, the operational-plan, and a scanned copy of the auditor's report. All these things are in separate folders. Allso the 2012 year's by-laws have been moved to this folder, and Makefile is uppdated to compile by-laws for 2010. The typesetting of item and numbered lists is more unified. However, more work might be needed on this. The auditor's report is included as PDF graphics. Note that PDF-files generally are not part of repo (see .gitignore). This time it is forced in.
