See `diff by-laws-2020.tex by-laws-2021.tex`. The modifications is
only reiteration of a the 2020 consequence adjustment on
references. These modifications were noted as a footnote in the
by-laws of 2020.

According to yearly meeting, minor language corrections
was apointed to the board as a task:
